For those needing to travel overseas to have contact with their child, attend a court hearing or collect their child, the FCDO’s Foreign Travel Advice pages contain information about Covid-19 related entry restrictions in the country you’re travelling to and what you would need to do on return to the UK.
To find the information for the country you’ll be travelling to go to www.gov.uk and type the name of the country into the search bar at the top of the page. One of the first results should be ‘[country] Travel Advice’, which will take you to the Travel Advice for that country. Scroll down to the Summary where you should find links through to further information about ‘Entry Requirements’ and ‘Returning to the UK’, as in the image below. The guide also includes information about Covid-19 related rules that will apply when you are in that country.
