US Supreme Court Decision in Monasky v Taglieri
In 2019 we submitted an Amicus Curiae brief to the US Supreme Court in the case of Monasky v Taglieri. The court were being asked to decide on how the US courts should interpret habitual residence. The opinion of the court has been released.
